Description:
This worm propagates copies of itself via email to all recipients 
listed in the infected user's Address Book. It also sends a
mail to its author. The email it sends to its author contains 
information about the infected system.

Solution:
1) Click Start>Run, type REGEDIT.EXE then hit the ENTER key. 
2) In the left panel, double click the following: 
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>Software>Microsoft>Windows
    >CurrentVersion>Run 
3) In the right panel, look for and then delete this 
   registry value. 
   "netpatch" "%windir%\netbiospatch10.exe"  
   %windir% is the Windows directory usually located at C:\Windows:
4) Close the Registry. 
5) Restart your system. 
6) Click Start>Run, type EXPLORER.EXE, then hit the ENTER key. 
7) Click the View Tab>Folder Options. 
8) Under the View panel, select "Show all files" option and 
   then click the Apply button. 
9) In the Windows directory, delete this file:
   "netbiospatch10.exe"
