It looks like your queue is messed up! - the permissions and/or ownership of the files are messed up. Perhaps you are experiencing hardware problems (i.e. the
disk may be on its way south) or the disk may have become full enough
that qmail couldn't write the individual files which make up a
message while it's in the queue.
There are a few different scripts out there which can fix this...one such script is here:
