Cyber Sentry uses multiple Antivirus engines with all SMTP content being passed through these engines from different leading vendors, thus allowing greater resilience against known and unknown viruses
. By using multiple engines Cyber Sentry is not governed by a single scan criteria allowing different analysis of the same code (e.g. heuristics, pattern matching etc) giving a comprehensive breakdown
of every email.
Cyber Sentry is provided by installing dedicated servers in the NOC of the xSP or by relaying the email through dedicated servers based in our London NOC. The xSP then adds domains to Cyber Sentry by using a secure web interface.
