Research and Development
Cyber Sentry is currently searching for top-notch professionals to

- SYSTEM SOFTWARE DEVELOPER
Description: Our projects are focused mainly on the areas of
core operating system architecture, structure and internals, including operating
system services, storage subsystems (file system drivers, intermediate drivers
and device drivers) and networking sub systems (network protocols and
connectivity components). The work involves developing operating system level
software for win3X, Win9X, WinNT and Win2000 (some Unix and Linux). Successful
candidates should have a speciality in operating system and low-level
programming, GUI experience, good written and verbal communications skills and
the ability to deliver results on time. Some low level project management skills
a plus. Self-motivation and the desire for rapidly increasing levels of
responsibility, commensurate with acquired knowledge and expertise are
necessary.
Experience: At least 3 years in commercial
projects.
Education: B.S. degree in computer science , electrical
engineering, related field or equivalent experience preferred.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of DOS/Win3X/Win9X/WinNT/Win2000 Architecture, Structure and
Internals, Device Driver Development and C (Unix knowledge a plus). Proficiency
in i80x86 Architecture and Protected Mode programming. Familiarity with network
protocols, network programming, C++, MFC, COM, Java VM concepts and
Java.
Tools: Win3X/Win9X/WinNT/Win2000 DDK, Win32 SDK, Visual C++, Watcom
C++, I80x86 ASM, Soft-Ice, Vireo Framework and/or WinDK Framework.
- APPLICATION SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

Technical Support
- TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
Description: As customers ourselves, we can appreciate the
importance that is placed on a highly skilled and well trained technical support
team. This is particularly true of the software/anti-virus industry. Ours is a
highly technical industry and this is reflected in the complexity of the
inquiries that our tech support team responds to on a daily basis. In addition,
many of our customers have computer backgrounds and expect to deal with a tech
support team that is well-versed in our product line and takes pride in offering
support on any level. We are searching for qualified individuals to join our
top-notch technical support team.
Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years experience in using,
configuring and troubleshooting DOS/Windows, Win 95, Win NT, Novell 3.x and 4.x.
Strong working knowledge of MS applications such as Access, Word and Excel
required. Working knowledge of operating system platforms including Novell,
Netware 3.1x/4.1x, Microsoft NT 3.51/4.0, Windows 3.1x required. Experience in
OS/2 preferred
Education: B.S. with an emphasis on computer related course work
or equivalent experience in a computer related field required.
Required Skills: Strong analytical skills. Above-average oral
and written communication skills.
Technical Communications
- TECHNICAL WRITER
We are currently looking for a technical writer to maintain user
manuals and other forms of documentation and information that are essential to
end users and Cyber Sentry product support personnel.
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in English or
communications with a concentration in technical writing, or equivalent
experience required.
Desired Skills:

Description: Here's your chance to become part of a successful

throughout the world. You will be responsible for handling new orders, upgrades,
add-ons, and annual renewals for all of our exciting new products. The
anti-virus/security software industry is constantly growing and changing to
respond to customer needs and demands. There's a "buzz" in the marketplace place
that surrounds the release of our products. The energy is contagious and this
excitement and anticipation ignites our Sales Team and helps them to do what
they do best - Sell our quality products and services!
Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or telephone
sales.
Desired Skills: Working knowledge of computer applications
including PC operations and general computer terminology required. Personable

skills.
